Before ChatGPT became a global buzzword and Generative AI went mainstream, a visionary group of engineer-founders in the U.S. set out to build something truly ahead of its time.
Their mission? To revolutionize how long-form content — like videos, podcasts, and webinars — is repurposed into platform-ready assets such as blog posts, tweet threads, audiograms, and video clips. They dreamed of a SaaS product that would empower marketers to resurface, repurpose, repost, and refresh their best content — both old and new.
But while they had a powerful backend engine that could process hours of content using AI, they needed something just as powerful at the frontend — an experience that could turn complexity into simplicity for everyday users.
The Challenge
The founders were backend and AI wizards, but they needed a frontend partner who could:
- Design an intuitive user experience from scratch
- Collaborate as a strategic product partner, not just a vendor
- Engineer the frontend in React.js with seamless API integrations
They weren’t just looking for pixel polish — they were looking for a team who could turn a bold idea into a beautifully usable product.
That’s why they chose Denovers — known for solving complex product problems and delivering functional, scalable, and user-first digital experiences.
We Started Small — But Made a Big Impression
We began with just one key flow — a reimagined “content repurposing workspace.” Our product designers collaborated closely with the founders to map how raw video or audio content could move through a streamlined, visual pipeline.
Within a week, we delivered a sleek, dark-themed prototype that echoed the futuristic nature of the AI tech powering it. Clean, focused UX showcased the product’s real magic — turning long-form content into shareable, platform-ready formats in just a few clicks.

The Journey Begins: From Flow to Full Platform
That first flow turned heads — and earned trust. From that point on, we became an embedded extension of their team. We deployed:
- A dedicated product designer
- Two frontend engineers
Together, we worked sprint-by-sprint alongside their CTO and founding engineers — turning ambitious ideas into functional product features.
We co-envisioned a SaaS platform where companies could simply upload content and instantly receive high-quality marketing assets. The experience had to be elegant, efficient, and usable even by non-technical marketers.
Creating the AI Project Workspace
We kicked things off with a sleek, dark-themed UI to match the futuristic, AI-first vibe of the product. From the very first click, users landed in a personalized workspace that was organized, efficient, and built to handle the complexity of content transformation without overwhelming the user.
Right after login, the user goes to a Project section where they can create and manage multiple projects. Each project consists of multiple content flows which we will discuss later.
The streamlined project management empowered users to launch and organize multiple content campaigns effortlessly, boosting productivity from day one.

ContentFlow: Where the Magic Begins
Once the user is inside the project, they will see a list of all Content Flows. A content flow was our UX term to describe the transformation pipeline — the core value engine of the platform. This module allowed users to:
- Give each flow a custom name based on its campaign or goal
- Upload long-form content such as a YouTube URL, an audio file, or a video file
- Let the backend AI process the file asynchronously and notify the user when results were ready
- Enter a beautifully structured interface with auto-generated outputs like:
• Full transcript with speaker tags and time-stamps
• Highlighted key moments and suggested clip candidates
This modular system gave users the ability to manage multiple content flows simultaneously, each with its own assets, output formats, and publishing options.

Auto-Generated Short Clips with Trim Feature
In collaboration with their backend team, we helped build a system that automatically generated short-form video/audio snippets for reuse across platforms — extending the content's shelf life and reach with minimal effort. The trimming flow offers you a way to rewind, forward, stop, and play the video easily.
Moreover, this option provides keywords so that you can effectively resurface the content. In addition to that, there is an option to share or download the video for effective distribution of content and marketing. Therefore, this eliminated the need for third-party editing tools—giving users complete creative control within one seamless platform.
AI-Generated Blogs
We automated Contenda’s software to generate blogs through AI from the user's visual or audio content. The users can easily download and resurface them across their websites for increased traffic and elevated ranking.

Twitter Threads
Contenda also wanted an additional flow in the content flow to create Twitter threads for videos and their clips to be repurposed on Twitter for expanded marketing and engagement.

Publishing Integrations and Setting
To complete the loop, we integrated publishing APIs that allowed users to send content directly to YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Twitter (now X), Apple & Google Podcasts, Buffer and more..
The goal was to automate the entire content production to publishing journey.

We created a separate page for settings so that the users could personalize the SaaS platform to their preferences or add different members or teams.

Power Search
We added a fast, intelligent search engine that let users filter through video clips, tweets, blogs, and transcripts. The moment a user searches for something, every project and content flow containing the specific keyword pops up.

Seamless Collaboration, Frontend to Backend
Our React.js frontend engineers worked closely with the AI backend team in the U.S., ensuring smooth data exchange, real-time updates, and a frictionless UI. Meanwhile, our designer collaborated daily with the CTO and AI engineers — creating a user experience that bridged the gap between technical complexity and everyday usability.
We also created a landing page for Contenda
We didn’t just stop at product — we helped design a high-converting landing page featuring:
- Product benefits
- Use cases
- Video samples
- Visual walk-throughs
The goal was to tell the story in seconds and convert curious visitors into loyal users.

The Outcome
The collaboration was seamless. The platform launched successfully — long before the world realized the value of generative AI for content repurposing.
The result was a scalable SaaS product that empowered content teams to extract maximum value from every piece of long-form content.
Before it was trending, we were building it. This wasn’t just design and code — this was innovation ahead of its time.
