How much does a UI/UX design agency cost?
Cost varies by scope. A UX audit is a fixed fee covering one to two weeks. A design sprint runs across two to four weeks. A full product design engagement is eight to twelve weeks. We do not publish rates because every project is scoped to your surface, your stack, and your timeline. Send a brief and we return a fixed quote within one business day.
How long does a typical design sprint take?
Two to four weeks for one surface end to end. UX audits run one to two weeks. Full product design sprints, including design system and dev handoff, run eight to twelve weeks. Every engagement has a fixed timeline locked at kick-off. No surprises mid-way.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the first design session. We have shipped under audit conditions for clients including a platform live with Mashreq Bank PSC and an FMCG partner at world-largest scale. SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA-aware where the engagement calls for it.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two to three structured revision rounds per surface within scope, plus async tweaks throughout the sprint. We share work weekly so feedback compounds rather than stacking up at the end. Out-of-scope changes are quoted before they ship, never billed retroactively.
Can you work alongside our in-house designers?
Yes, this is the default for most engagements. We join your Slack, your Figma library, your release cadence. Dizzion, HoneyBricks, SFOS+PRAT, and Cleanlife all ran this way for years. We are not a third-party agency, we are another seat in the room.
Who owns the files after the project ends?
You do. Every Figma file, design token, component, and source asset is yours from day one and stays yours after the engagement ends. No license fees, no asset withholding, no ongoing rights claims. You can hand the files to any future team and keep building.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, two ways. Post-launch tweaks and revisions within the sprint scope are included. If you need a continuing partnership beyond the sprint, we can convert the engagement to our Embedded Design Team retainer (one senior designer embedded month-to-month). Either way, you keep all files regardless.
What if we want to cancel the project mid-way?
You can pause or cancel any week. You pay only for the work delivered up to the pause point. You keep every file produced. No multi-year contracts, no sourcing fees, no exit penalties. That is the difference between an agency and a partnership.
