We embedded with HoneyBricks for 24 months on their GP Flow dual-mode SaaS (investor flow on one side, sponsor flow on the other) and shipped through to their acquisition by EquityMultiple in April 2024. We untangled Mashvisor’s data-heavy analytics platform across seven sequential phases. We redesigned and shipped Midtown’s internal CRM in React across a 35-year, 10,000-customer base. We design for investors, sponsors, agents, operators, and residents.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

That’s the default. We embed in your Slack, join your daily stand-ups, ship into your Figma / Linear / Jira, and follow your release cadence. HoneyBricks, Mashvisor, and Midtown all ran this way. We’re not a third-party agency, we’re another seat in the room.

Do you have real-estate domain knowledge or do you work cross-vertical?

We’ve shipped across multifamily SaaS, real-estate analytics, internal CRMs for home-improvement and brokerages, and real-estate-fintech investment platforms. The HoneyBricks pod ran for 24 months inside a multifamily product through to acquisition by EquityMultiple. Domain isn’t something we picked up for a pitch deck.

Can you also build it, or is it design only?

Both. Most of our proptech engagements run as design plus engineering. Midtown’s internal CRM was redesigned and implemented in React by our team. HoneyBricks’s GP Flow front-end was shipped by us. You can take the Figma and walk, or you can have us ship the React.

Do you work with seed-stage proptech startups or only later-stage?

Both. We work with founders pre-MVP, Seed and Series A teams scaling toward retention, and operators (multifamily, brokerage, home-improvement) modernizing internal tools. HoneyBricks was Series A when we embedded, and acquired by EquityMultiple 24 months later.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Our engagements are month-to-month, no multi-year contracts, no sourcing fees, no statement-of-work overhead. You keep every file we ship, regardless of when the engagement ends.
