Problem Statement

The problem is, there are many job boards but there are very few targeting remote jobs only. For Employers, there are no specific job boards where they can find only remote talent.

On the other hand, workers find it difficult to find remote jobs because on generic job boards.

Goal

The idea is to design and build remote only Job Board which will feature remote jobs in multiple categories across multiple industries. This will also have an intuitive process to add jobs for hiring managers along with a blog and resource center for candidates

Denover’s Role

From concept to launch, Denovers was responsible for strategising product features and roadmap, crafting UX, designing UI, Developing the Backend and Frontend of the entire product from scratch.

Ideation

At Denovers, we are always very excited & Pumped up when we start converting ideas in our Client’s head into a reality.

Taking the mind-map, we started drawing some sketches with pen and paper. As per the mind-map, we gave the bottom Nav bar with four tabs that is News, Properties, Post an Ad, Chat, and more.

Wireframing

Once we had a bunch of few iterations on board and paper, we decided to jump into XD to design Mid Fi Mockups.

Product Engineering (React Native & Firebase)

The next challenge was to pull it off in terms of Engineering. We used React.Js with Firebase for pulling off the Backend and Frontend Functionality.

Next.Js was used for Server Side Rendering (SSR), making the entire web app SEO friendly.
